This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop and implement international 'growth & demand generation' strategies focused on enterprise direct sales.
• Establish and manage Account Based Marketing programs.
• Actively contribute to building and accelerating the international sales pipeline.
• Create a 360-degree marketing approach.
• Utilize international events, executive round tables, and niche gatherings as tools for engagement and pipeline creation.
• Translate propositions into concrete campaigns and commercial actions.
• Direct and leverage external agencies and lead generation partners.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on lead quality, conversion, and funnel impact.
• Identify international market and growth opportunities and transform them into concrete initiatives.
• HBO/WO working and thinking level.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in international B2B demand generation / growth marketing.
• Proven track record in building enterprise sales pipelines across multiple European markets.
• Demonstrable expertise in Account Based Marketing and international lead generation.
• Experience in utilizing events and executive-level engagement as growth accelerators.
• Strong analytical skills and accustomed to driving results (pipeline, conversion, ROI).
• Affinity for technology, IoT, SaaS, or complex B2B solutions.
• Excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus).
• Entrepreneurial, independent mindset: you take ownership and drive initiatives forward.
• A gross monthly salary ranging from €5,915 to €9,131, depending on your work experience, based on a 40-hour week.
• A guaranteed 13th month, partially paid monthly and partially in January of the following year.
