International Distribution Manager – IT, Data Center Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify global distributors and channel partners for BACHMANN, Data Center Solutions, PDUs, rack infrastructure, and critical IT infrastructure.

• Utilize the existing network to explore new markets and sales avenues.

• Integrate Power Distribution Units and data center solutions into relevant partner offerings.

• Engage in discussions with decision-makers to translate market potential into tangible business outcomes.

• Negotiate listings, terms, and collaborative growth strategies.

• Cultivate new contacts into partnerships that drive revenue.

• Provide market insights to support international distribution development.

• Collaborate closely with the head of sales.

• Travel regularly to meet with distributors, channel partners, decision-makers, and stakeholders in the international IT and data center sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established relevant network within the international IT channel, IT distribution, data center environment, or DCS sector.

• Several years of experience in international B2B sales.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.

• Knowledgeable in IT distribution, IT channel sales, channel management, or partner management.

• Experienced with data center solutions, data center infrastructure, rack and IT infrastructure, critical infrastructure, or Power Distribution Units (PDU).

• Possess a pragmatic, hands-on working style.

• Enjoy building frameworks and fostering international distribution and channel networks.
