• Drive business expansion and revenue for the informatics portfolio within designated European markets.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities, including enterprise-level clients, multi-country agreements, and strategic accounts.
• Develop and oversee a strong pipeline that aligns with regional and corporate growth objectives.
• Assist country sales teams in complex transactions, focusing on value proposition development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Lead or assist in RFP/RFQ submissions and high-value customer presentations.
• Define and implement a European business development strategy for informatics solutions that aligns with global goals.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT leaders, laboratory managers, clinical leaders, and procurement stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Project Management, and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and enablement for local sales teams regarding informatics offerings and value-based selling.
• Accurately monitor opportunities, forecasts, and activities within CRM systems.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, French, and German.
• Over 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within point of care, informatics, healthcare IT, software, or diagnostics.
• Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value deals in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong understanding of informatics solutions (e.g., LIS, middleware, analytics, interoperability, digital health platforms).
• Experience working across various European markets and cultures.
• Strategic mindset and robust commercial acumen.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Capability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a highly structured and organized approach.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on results.
• Willingness to travel within the region approximately 30-40% of the time.
