This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Drive sales and cultivate robust relationships with producers to generate revenue and achieve sales targets.
• Proactively reach out to agents and recruit new talent to expand a book of business.
• Foster working relationships with producers by promoting agent recruitment and retention through innovative sales ideas, marketing initiatives, illustrations, and effective management of Crump resources.
• Establish relationships with key producers to discuss intricate sales concepts, marketing strategies, and product details.
• Sustain and enhance team sales objectives in conjunction with sales resources.
• Make proactive outreach to designated agents to develop territory.
• Generate new business by recruiting fresh agents and expanding existing agent groups to optimize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with sales resources in all facets of producer development.
• Engage with lower-producing agents in a sales role.
• Maintain proactive and supportive relationships with sales teams, operations, assigned agents, and solution centers.
• Acquire expert knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources.
• Coordinate with the sales team and producers to execute complex and advanced illustrations, consulting on creative solutions.
• Effectively utilize the company's client management system to oversee the sales process.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Proficient time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks concurrently.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to operate in a self-directed manner.
• Experience using PCs in a Windows environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental computer applications, including Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to analyze challenges and devise effective solutions.
• Skilled in communicating with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Ability to exhibit maturity, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the insurance industry, including life and related insurance products and sales processes.
• Basic understanding of insurance underwriting.
• Two years of professional experience in the life insurance sector, including one year in a sales support role.
• Series 6 and State Insurance Licenses (preferred).
• Familiarity with sales concepts, illustrations, and the underwriting process (preferred).
