This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Cultivate relationships with key producers to explore intricate sales concepts, marketing initiatives, and product details.
• Sustain and enhance team sales objectives in conjunction with sales resources.
• Initiate proactive outreach to assigned agents to expand territory.
• Generate new business by recruiting additional agents and expanding existing agent groups to optimize revenue potential.
• Collaborate with sales resources across all facets of producer development.
• Engage with lower-producing agents in a sales capacity.
• Nurture proactive and supportive relationships with sales and operations teams, assigned agent groups, and solution centers.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources.
• Work alongside the sales team and producers to execute complex and advanced illustrations and provide consultation on innovative solutions.
• Efficiently utilize the company’s client management system to oversee the sales process.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Competent in working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Ability to operate in a self-directed manner.
• Familiarity with PCs in a Windows environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental computer applications, including Microsoft Office software products.
• Skill in analyzing problems and formulating solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant work experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Demonstrated maturity, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic.
• Solid understanding of the insurance industry, including life and other related insurance products and sales processes.
• Basic knowledge of insurance underwriting.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the life insurance sector, with at least one year in a sales support role.
• Preferred: Series 6 and State Insurance Licenses.
• Preferred: Familiarity with sales concepts, illustrations, and the underwriting process.
• Successful completion of a background screening.
