Internal Systems Engineer – Applied AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Developing AI-driven tools and agents by incorporating applied AI into existing workflows.

• Creating and sustaining a shared agent platform that empowers others within Customer Operations to build their own agents.

• Designing robust internal software, integrations, and automations to assist Customer Operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing custom applications or integrations specifically for Freshdesk (or comparable enterprise ticketing systems such as Zendesk/Jira).

• Experience working in or creating tools for Customer Support, Customer Success, or Onboarding teams.

• Proficiency in integrating with knowledge base platforms (such as Gitbook or similar documentation websites).

• Demonstrated success in advancing automation projects from concept to deployment within a large, intricate organization.

• Background in building internal platforms or developer tools that enable self-service for other teams.

• Familiarity with monitoring and observability for AI systems operating in production environments.
