This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acknowledge incoming leads and coordinate with internal processors for prompt action.
• Assist in processing leads within company systems to ensure RVP and Advisor access.
• Confirm initial client meetings and collect relevant case information for the RVP.
• Manage the sales cycle effectively.
• Handle pre-introduction communications and scheduling.
• Conduct post-introduction communications and gather necessary data.
• Plan proposals and ensure the completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate onboarding processes after closing deals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to manage the new business pipeline.
• Work in conjunction with central support teams on sales-related activities.
• Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities as reasonably requested.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services.
• Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) is not mandatory but may be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of RIA and custodial platforms as well as investment products.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Capability to train and mentor others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, MoneyGuide, and Salesforce.
• Must maintain good compliance standing with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies.
