• Deliver outstanding service to our contractors, which includes assisting customers at the parts counter, preparing quotes, providing technical support, and addressing various customer inquiries.
• Handle customer orders by managing pricing, substitutions (as necessary), and gathering any required additional information.
• Cultivate relationships with current customers and enhance these connections by evaluating their needs and offering value-added solutions.
• Track customer satisfaction and ensure prompt, professional resolution of any issues.
• Assist the outside sales team in their efforts.
• High school diploma
• A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Strong work ethic and a deep commitment to customer service
• Excellent communication skills and a keen desire to learn
• Proficient in French (both spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Two years of experience in a comparable role
