This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver outstanding service to our contractors, which includes assisting customers at the parts counter, preparing quotations, providing technical support, and addressing various customer inquiries.
• Manage customer orders, covering pricing, substitutions (if necessary), and gathering any additional information required.
• Foster relationships with current customers and enhance customer connections by understanding their needs and delivering value-added solutions.
• Evaluate customer satisfaction and ensure swift, professional resolution of issues.
• Assist the outside sales team as needed.
• High school diploma.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills and eagerness to learn.
• Proficient in French (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
