This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing the internal recruitment strategy for various offices and teams.

• Identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather comprehensive role briefs and aid in recruitment planning.

• Create and manage effective advertising campaigns to draw in high-quality candidates.

• Actively source talent through headhunting and direct outreach methods.

• Organize and conduct candidate interviews to evaluate suitability and cultural fit.

• Oversee the offer process through successful onboarding, including reference checks and candidate follow-up care.

• Facilitate and coordinate the onboarding process to provide a seamless and professional candidate experience.

• Maintain ongoing communication and offer guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

• Assist with employer branding efforts to enhance the company's market reputation.

• Build and sustain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Generate recruitment reports and market insights for internal stakeholders.

• Perform competitor and market analysis to inform continuous improvement of hiring strategies.

• Contribute to ongoing enhancements in recruitment processes and candidate experiences.

• Prior recruitment experience, either within an agency or an internal recruitment setting.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies at once.

• Confident in communication and adept at building relationships.

• A proactive, results-driven approach to recruitment.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Commercial awareness coupled with effective negotiation skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Professional, discreet, and diplomatic demeanor.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
