Internal Communications Manager – Product Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary communications partner for the Interim CTO, VP of Brand and Design, and product leaders.

• Convert technical and product strategies, roadmaps, architectural decisions, organizational changes, and platform investments into understandable communications.

• Manage the communications strategy and execution for product launches, organizational shifts, leadership changes, roadmap updates, and cross-functional projects.

• Create and produce materials for Product Delivery all-hands meetings, town halls, executive memos, quarterly reviews, and manager cascades.

• Collaborate with GTM, Marketing, People, and Finance to effectively position product and technical initiatives internally.

• Mentor product, engineering, and design leaders on both written and live communications.

• Design and oversee scalable AI projects, agents, and automations to enhance communications and empower leader self-service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or technical program communications.

• Ideally, experience within a rapidly scaling technology, SaaS, or product-led organization.

• Proven history of supporting senior technical and product leaders, such as CTOs, CPOs, VP of Engineering, VP of Product, or VP of Design.

• Strong technical fluency in product terminology, engineering trade-offs, and system concepts.

• Excellent writing and editorial capabilities.

• Proficiency in developing plans, sequencing messages, and managing communications as a cohesive program.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and periods of transition and change.

• High level of discretion, integrity, and maturity to manage sensitive information responsibly.
