This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Advocate for and inform Brokers about Manulife Bank offerings.
• Cultivate and enhance current relationships with mortgage brokers while seeking new connections.
• Establish, nurture, and expand partnerships with Mortgage Brokers through strategic engagement.
• Assist brokers throughout the entire journey from pre-application to funding.
• Oversee the transition of mortgage brokers to external Business Development Managers following the completion of their training.
• A college or university degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking and mortgage brokerage sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of mortgage underwriting processes.
• Proven experience in conducting virtual meetings and presentations.
• Capability to analyze sales data and reports effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Power BI, and Adobe platforms is a plus.
• Skills in business planning and territory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and sustaining relationships.
