This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Interact with customers and potential clients via phone, video conferencing, email, chat, and various other communication platforms.
• Offer pre-sales assistance and detailed information regarding Sangoma’s products and services.
• Evaluate customer needs and propose initial solutions that correspond with their business and technical requirements.
• Supply budgetary pricing and product details to prospective clients.
• Adhere to established and automated lead engagement processes to efficiently qualify and cultivate sales prospects.
• Remain updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitive products to act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Keep precise and thorough records of all customer interactions within the company’s CRM system.
• Generate quotations and carry out timely follow-up actions to advance sales opportunities.
• Manage and nurture relationships with current customers, which includes addressing escalations, identifying upsell opportunities, responding to billing inquiries, and supporting other account management tasks.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience and prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
• 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales and/or Account Management.
• Proven ability and enthusiasm to qualify, develop, and progress sales leads.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with the capability to learn Sangoma products, services, and internal systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• **Preferred Qualifications**
• A successful history in commission-based sales.
• Experience in selling communications or technology solutions.
• Background in Account Management and/or Inside Sales within the Unified Communications (UC) or Telecommunications sector.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
