This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Accountable for signing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with both independent and franchise dealerships.
• Conduct an average of over 70 outbound calls each day to dealers within designated territories.
• Sign 3 to 5 new dealerships on a monthly basis while ensuring the retention and growth of contracts.
• Educate dealers on how to utilize The Fast Lane portal for submitting applications and restructuring deals.
• Act as a subject matter expert on UACC programs, policies, and ancillary products.
• Address dealership concerns and deliver top-notch customer service.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, remote office environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Availability to work Saturdays as necessary.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and engaging individual.
• Strong work ethic and determination, capable of working independently.
• High degree of objectivity with a willingness to receive feedback and adapt to change.
• Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a demanding sales position is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in auto finance, external sales roles, or working with Independent/Franchise dealerships is preferred but not essential.
