This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Provide support to the Operations department within THE·TEAM’s Team Sports division.
• Scan, organize, and monitor Talent tax documentation.
• Create expense reports and assist in gathering receipts when necessary.
• Generate summaries for client payments.
• Evaluate contracts and compile summaries.
• Collaborate with the Client Services team on various projects as needed.
• Perform a range of administrative tasks as assigned.
• Currently pursuing a degree, preferably in a sports-related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, along with basic administrative capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and adhering to strict deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
• Demonstrates loyalty and trustworthiness towards the organization and clients.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Expected time commitment of 15-20 hours per week.
• Must be eligible to earn college credit for the internship.
• This internship is unpaid.
• Candidates must qualify to receive college credit as compensation for this internship.
