This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with both internal and external clients to obtain and convey information pertinent to Premium Audit.

• Deliver outstanding customer service through proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Collect information, make informed decisions, and draw appropriate conclusions using critical thinking and mathematical skills.

• Apply business knowledge and technical expertise to make ethical decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment, with oversight from management.

• Commit to fulfilling the expectations and requirements of both internal and external clients.

• Contribute to fostering a positive team environment that meets the diversity and inclusion goals of Claims and Operations.

• Engage in weekly professional development and training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts or any business-related field.

• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.

• Proven leadership potential demonstrated through extracurricular activities.

• Track record of high performance and self-motivation.

• Capability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and research skills.

• Proficient in analyzing and reasoning through complex issues and making sound recommendations.
