This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Revise and maintain client records;
• Input data for internship programs, ensuring the database remains current;
• Guide individuals to the relevant sections of the Portal based on their service requests;
• Address clients’ inquiries regarding products and services;
• Manage inquiries and enroll new clients;
• Aid in sustaining the customer database (client registration);
• Offer technical details and promote products;
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, and WhatsApp, providing information about procedures.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or a related discipline;
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite, with proficiency in computerized systems;
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail;
• Must have at least one year remaining until graduation to qualify for the internship.
