AI/ML Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement core 0-to-1 initiatives in advanced fields such as AI

• Convert high-level strategic visions into actionable execution roadmaps

• Facilitate swift transitions from prototype to production

• Design scalable solutions

• Propel essential milestones to set the new department up for rapid expansion and potential spin-off to secure institutional support

• Report directly to the founder of the department

• Work collaboratively with engineers, researchers, and commercial executives

• Located in Europe or the Americas, or willing to consider relocation/remote options

• Strong builder mentality with high agency

• Demonstrated expertise in the relevant domain

• Motivation to take complete end-to-end ownership

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
