This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of global CRM campaigns (such as newsletters and customer lifecycle flows).
• You will analyze CRM performance indicators (including open rates, click rates, and revenue) to extract initial insights.
• You will aid in the development and enhancement of automated customer lifecycle campaigns (including welcome, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns).
• You will assist in audience segmentation and the personalization of campaigns.
• You will work closely with teams such as Webshop and Graphic Design.
• You will contribute your own creative ideas to enhance CRM campaigns and processes.
• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• You possess a strong interest in E-Commerce and CRM/email marketing.
• You have a solid analytical mindset and enjoy working with data.
• Ideally, you have some experience with tools like Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo).
• You approach your work in a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused manner.
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and demonstrate initiative.
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy collaborating within a team.
• You are fluent in English, and ideally, you have additional language skills in Dutch and/or French.
