This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Assist in the comprehensive recruitment process from start to finish.
β’ Support onboarding initiatives for new hires.
β’ Aid in the management of HR data.
β’ Help ensure that HR information remains current.
β’ Provide administrative support for the HR Self-Service system, including orienting new team members on its usage.
β’ Generate various HR reports, such as monthly company headcount and other demographic reports as required.
β’ Create presentation materials for reports by developing tables, graphs, charts, and maps for use in the reports.
β’ Maintain the HR calendar by considering approved company vacation schedules and government-declared special holidays.
β’ Conduct audits of HR information and other data to ensure data integrity.
β’ Draft Certificates of Employment (COE) for each request.
β’ Undertake additional HR-related tasks as assigned from time to time.
β’ University student, preferably with a requirement for on-the-job training (OJT).
β’ Interest in human resources management, HR data analytics, or related disciplines.
β’ Eager to learn about recruitment processes, HR data management, headcount planning, and statutory regulations.
β’ Strong attention to detail.
β’ Organized and meticulous, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
β’ Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
β’ Strategic thinker who can look beyond day-to-day operational activities.
