Human Resources Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Establish rituals with managers and team members to cultivate trusting relationships.

• Support teams throughout the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, feedback, performance evaluations, and more.

• Provide guidance to managers on organizational design and individual performance assessments.

• Offer advice to employees regarding learning and development opportunities.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and contribute to the development of new HR processes.

• Engage in projects related to the People team's strategic roadmap.

• Develop and implement data analysis and reporting solutions tailored to business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in a comparable role.

• Comprehensive knowledge across various HR-related topics, including onboarding, learning and development, legal matters, and compensation and benefits.

• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

• Capacity to drive performance management in a rapidly expanding company with over 500 hires per year.

• Proven experience in designing organizational structures and anticipating future requirements.
