This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
β’ Establish rituals with managers and team members to cultivate trusting relationships.
β’ Support teams throughout the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, feedback, performance evaluations, and more.
β’ Provide guidance to managers on organizational design and individual performance assessments.
β’ Offer advice to employees regarding learning and development opportunities.
β’ Ensure adherence to company policies and contribute to the development of new HR processes.
β’ Engage in projects related to the People team's strategic roadmap.
β’ Develop and implement data analysis and reporting solutions tailored to business requirements.
β’ Significant experience in a comparable role.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge across various HR-related topics, including onboarding, learning and development, legal matters, and compensation and benefits.
β’ Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
β’ Capacity to drive performance management in a rapidly expanding company with over 500 hires per year.
β’ Proven experience in designing organizational structures and anticipating future requirements.
