This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in the analysis and enhancement of global HR processes and systems (such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday) within the overall HR IT system framework.
• Participate in projects focusing on HR transformation and the target operating model.
• Collaborate in the development of change management strategies and create communication and training resources.
• Aid initiatives in Talent & Rewards, such as constructing a skill-based job architecture or executing the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Evaluate and formulate AI use cases along with other potential opportunities.
• Organize workshops for local and global clients.
• Assist with daily operations related to portfolio management and proposals/tenders.
• Advanced bachelor's or master's degree (e.g., in business, psychology, HR, or business informatics).
• A keen interest in HR technology, digital processes, and transformation.
• Strong analytical skills, a methodical approach to work, conscientiousness, and dependability.
• Proficiency in German (C2) and English (C1).
• A passion for teamwork and effective communication.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Initial experience in an HR or consulting setting is a plus.
• A willingness to contribute your own ideas.
• Flexible working environment: Operate from anywhere (home office) with potential in-person meetings at our office located in the center of Munich.
• A full-time, paid internship: 40 hours per week (€15/hour), lasting between 3 to 6 months, with the option for extension.
