This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in enhancing customer experience initiatives by analyzing customer feedback, generating reports, and providing valuable insights.
• Contribute to customer journey mapping, which includes conducting research, preparing workshops, and documenting findings.
• Create presentations, communications, and materials that support customer experience programs and cultural initiatives.
• Examine customer, operational, and survey data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and propose improvement recommendations.
• Oversee CX resources, manage SharePoint sites, maintain dashboards, and curate knowledge repositories.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on projects aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and enhancing business performance.
• Engage in significant projects that align with Labcorp's mission of healthcare innovation.
• Gain insights into strategic business initiatives and projects that enhance experiences for customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• A keen interest in customer experience, human-centered design, service design, market research, or business improvement.
• Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors, although all current students in related fields are encouraged to apply.
• Must be actively enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
