This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in enhancing customer experience initiatives through the analysis of customer feedback, reporting, and generating insights.
• Support customer journey mapping by conducting research, preparing workshops, and documenting findings.
• Create presentations, communications, and materials that bolster customer experience programs and cultural initiatives.
• Examine customer, operational, and survey data to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and suggestions for improvement.
• Manage CX resources, SharePoint sites, dashboards, and knowledge databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and enhancing business performance.
• Engage in significant customer experience projects that cater to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare clients.
• Take part in enterprise-wide learning opportunities, leadership sessions, intern events, mentoring, and professional growth activities.
• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Genuine interest in customer experience, human-centered design, service design, market research, or business enhancement.
• Demonstrates initiative, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective in working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors graduating between December 2027 and June 2029; all current students pursuing relevant studies are encouraged to apply.
