Intern, Customer Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing customer experience efforts by analyzing customer feedback, generating reports, and providing insights.

• Aid in mapping customer journeys, which includes conducting research, preparing workshops, and documenting findings.

• Create presentations, communications, and materials that support customer experience programs and cultural initiatives.

• Evaluate customer, operational, and survey data to uncover trends, opportunities, and suggestions for improvement.

• Oversee CX resources, including SharePoint sites, dashboards, and knowledge repositories.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on projects aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

• Engage in significant projects that align with Labcorp's mission to enhance health and improve lives.

• Gain insight into strategic business initiatives and projects that enhance experiences for customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors globally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related area.

• Preferred candidates include rising juniors and seniors (graduating between December 2027 and June 2029) who are enrolled in a relevant degree program; all current students pursuing related fields are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Demonstrated interest in customer experience, human-centered design, service design, market research, or business enhancement.

• Display initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.

• Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
