This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in analyzing, verifying, and updating records within internal systems.

• Validate registration and data information, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance.

• Help identify and rectify inconsistencies in databases.

• Conduct audits in internal systems as well as operator and insurer portals.

• Aid in file reconciliation and prepare information for the team.

• Develop and maintain control spreadsheets to ensure organization and traceability of information.

• Organize and archive digital documents related to transactions.

• Support the operational activities of the department.

• Assist in preparing reports and monitoring indicators/KPIs.

• Collaborate with partner departments to align and validate information.

• Manage office supplies and request replenishments as needed.

• Respond to calls and provide assistance for the department's administrative requests.

• Engage in training and adhere to the team's routine for technical development.

• Contribute to ongoing process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Administration, Process Management, Insurance Management, or related fields.

• Basic proficiency in Excel (including simple formulas, filters, and sorting).

• Familiarity with administrative routines is advantageous.

• Availability to work as an intern for 6 hours a day.

• Basic knowledge of Excel / Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Organized and accountable regarding deadlines.

• Effective communication skills and a desire to learn.
