Intern, AI-Driven Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Building backend functions in .NET, maintaining APIs, and supporting system integrations.

• Producing clean, testable code and developing unit tests with guidance from mentors.

• Consciously employing AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and technical exploration.

• Engaging in code reviews, internal workshops, technical demonstrations, and bug/log analysis.

• Working closely with seasoned developers and validating AI-generated solutions prior to implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of C# and a desire to advance within the .NET / ASP.NET Core landscape.

• Practical experience shown through personal projects, a GitHub profile, or commercial work.

• Fundamental knowledge of backend development, Web API, Entity Framework, and databases.

• Proficiency in Git with the ability to read and enhance existing code.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Gemini) for debugging, research, and automation.

• Good grasp of AI limitations, including hallucinations, data security, privacy, and the importance of verification.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Excellent communication skills, independence, curiosity, and openness to constructive feedback.
