This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead the design of electrical engineering projects and provide technical guidance across a variety of assignments, primarily concentrating on building systems.
• Collaborate with client teams to manage projects, serving as both a representative and a vital contributor.
• Offer mentorship and technical direction to junior personnel, including EITs and technologists.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure the quality and timely delivery of projects.
• 8-15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
• Possession of a P.Eng registration in British Columbia or eligibility for registration through inter-jurisdictional transfer.
• Extensive project experience across commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial building sectors.
• Expertise in power distribution, communications, lighting, life safety, access control, and security systems.
• Skilled in utility coordination and building services.
• Strong ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit drafting.
• Experience with municipal infrastructure, Ministry of Transportation and Transit projects, street lighting, and traffic signals is considered an asset.
