This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the processing and management of routine consulting agreements, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and adherence to compliance standards.
• Support minor P-card purchases.
• Act as the catalog system administrator, facilitating catalog updates, supplier onboarding, and ordering processes.
• Work collaboratively with functional teams to comprehend requirements and deliver effective procurement support.
• Carry out fundamental procurement transactions, supplier correspondence, documentation revisions, and file upkeep.
• Monitor agreement conditions, renewal deadlines, and expenditure details to aid in functional planning and decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and documentation protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing procurement operations and cross-functional efficiency.
• Over 2 years of experience in procurement or subcontracts.
• A BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or another relevant field is required. Relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
• Excellent attention to detail and the capability to maintain precise documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven dedication to continuous improvement and learning within procurement functions.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Familiarity with procurement systems, automation tools, or digital workflow platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with functional teams and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
