Intermediate Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Visit customer locations to deliver service and support.

• Identify and resolve malfunctions on all equipment.

• Conduct training sessions for customers on standard Munters equipment.

• Provide technical insights on equipment by submitting comprehensive field service reports.

• Engage with customers in a professional, service-oriented manner through in-person interactions, written communication, and effective phone skills.

• Encourage sales and service of company equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the commercial or industrial HVAC sector, or a combination of relevant work experience and successful completion of HVAC/R vocational training.

• Willingness to travel extensively (80%) and ability to fly as needed.

• Must be able to acquire a CFC Certification within 90 days of employment.

• Familiarity with HVAC/Refrigeration systems and their components.

• Experience with PLC (Programmable Logical Controls) is highly preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Basic understanding of electrical schematics is required.
