This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Deliver technical support for Field Service, encompassing installation, repairs, preventative maintenance, and software updates
• Ensure premier field service for clients as a leader in intraoperative ultrasound systems
• Install and configure intraoperative ultrasound devices at client sites
• Utilize systems and software to troubleshoot and analyze equipment failures
• Carry out necessary preventive maintenance and calibration in line with manufacturer guidelines
• Advise customers on best practices for equipment maintenance
• Maintain the service call workspace and achieve all monthly KPIs
• Associate's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Components, or a related technical field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in the medical device sector, field service engineering, customer-facing repair, product maintenance, or remote support for medical devices; 4 years is preferred
• Proficient in computer use, with a strong familiarity with Windows operating system
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, demonstrating a professional and confident demeanor
• Strong attention to detail, alongside analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
