This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the project team to review space plans.
• Utilize Design Editor to create client projects, either from scratch or by using AutoCAD or Revit files.
• Partner with architects, design firms, and clients to establish and finalize the DIRTT scope.
• Take the lead in pre-construction responsibilities during the initial stages of projects.
• Assist in the development of pricing packages and renderings within Design Editor.
• Assess site conditions and design solutions around any challenges.
• Incorporate Design Editor files into Revit/BIM360 for project coordination.
• Review order files and deliverables prior to DIRTT entry.
• Offer technical and design expertise as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with various DIRTT departments to guarantee project success.
• Identify and resolve client design and installation challenges.
• Make necessary revisions to Design Editor files and DIRTT shop drawings.
• Produce visual renderings and 3D fly-throughs.
• Act as the primary DIRTT contact for project teams, factory, field representatives, and technicians.
• Stay updated on DIRTT standards, finishes, and best practices for Design Editor.
• Create and maintain design documentation.
• Share insights and knowledge with the DIRTT design team.
• Monitor and track billable hours by task and project.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience with DIRTT.
• A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting architectural drawings and sketches.
• Strong prior experience and knowledge of Design Editor.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Previous experience working on technical projects is essential.
• Competent in using Windows, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-focused with exceptional attention to detail.
• High sense of urgency, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.

• NCIDQ, LEED, or EDAC certifications are advantageous.
