Interior Design, Space Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create innovative interior design concepts and spatial layouts.

• Design and organize furniture arrangements to enhance functionality, safety, and educational effectiveness.

• Develop precise 3D models utilizing SketchUp.

• Generate high-quality, photorealistic visualizations and walkthroughs using Lumion.

• Assemble mood boards, presentation materials, and design proposals for clients.

• Create comprehensive furniture layouts, floor plans, elevations, and design documentation.

• Modify designs in response to client feedback and project specifications.

• Compile project documentation and maintain systematic design records.

• Assist in the procurement and installation of furniture and interior finishes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in interior design, spatial planning, or furniture design.

• Experience in designing commercial, educational, or institutional environments is a plus.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in space planning and 3D visualization projects.

• Proficiency in Lumion and SketchUp is essential.

• In-depth understanding of furniture design and space optimization.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
