This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Oversee tasks across 2-3 projects simultaneously with a focus on detail.
• Keep all project information updated in Basecamp on a daily basis.
• Support the preparation of presentations using PowerPoint.
• Collect detailed information and quotes to ensure accurate design proposals.
• Develop and prepare proposals for client submission.
• Aid Associate and Lead Designers with various design and administrative duties throughout all stages of high-end interior design, from initial planning to project completion.
• Examine project plans and comprehend project scope, completion timelines, and other relevant documents.
• Create AutoCAD plans, including but not limited to: floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans.
• Stay informed about current products and materials available in the market.
• Manage and enhance the vendor database and accounts.
• Assist with the return of samples, pulling samples, and organizing the materials library.
• Provide support to the Design Team with tools such as Studio Designer, Designer Link, Ivy, and Harvest for inputting time and tracking orders.
• Organize and maintain client FF&E binders.
• Communicate with vendors through phone calls, emails, and on-site visits to coordinate the production and completion of orders.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address project issues and handle vendor concerns with diplomacy and efficiency.
• Attend or coordinate project site visits, vendor measurements, and furniture inspections.
• Ensure excellent organization of project files, samples, and orders.
• Track assigned tasks, appointments, and correspondence with meticulous follow-through to achieve completion.
• Coordinate and assist with on-site project installations, which may involve picking up and returning supplies, managing supply inventory, and creating and overseeing deinstallation punch lists.
• Actively participate in the design process by managing interactions with the Design Associate and Lead Designers.
• Accurately document and manage time in accordance with company guidelines, inputting data into QuickBooks and client software by specified deadlines.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as an Interior Design intern or in an assistant role.

• Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and MS Office is advantageous.
• Familiarity with any 3D rendering platforms or the ability to hand-render is a plus.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Online, Studio Designer, or Basecamp is beneficial.
