This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Take full responsibility for the comprehensive project management of the annual merit review process for approximately 1,100 employees worldwide, which includes budget and timeline creation, manager support, data accuracy, and timely delivery of final increases.
β’ Manage the calculation of the company-wide annual bonus payments based on MBO achievement, track exceptions (such as leaves, transfers, new hires, and terminations), and ensure the accurate and timely delivery of final payout information to Payroll.
β’ Conduct analyses on internal equity, market competitiveness, and pay recommendations.
β’ Collaborate with the VP of Human Resources and partner across functions with Finance and senior executives to finalize merit and bonus decisions within a tight timeframe.
β’ Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for executive-level review.
β’ Ensure that compensation decisions are fair, competitive, and driven by data.
β’ Maintain the integrity of compensation data and reporting.
β’ Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
β’ Ensure compliance with employment regulations across the Americas.
β’ Assist with strategic HR initiatives during maternity leave periods.
β’ Provide precise and clean HR reporting on demand, tailored to business needs.
β’ Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Directors, Vice Presidents, and business leaders on matters related to employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
β’ Guide leaders through complex personnel issues and organizational changes.
β’ Work with Legal on employment-related matters as necessary.
β’ Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
β’ Oversee the MBO attainment and scoring process for 2026, including calibration activities in preparation for bonus calculations.
β’ Facilitate the goal-setting process for the 2027 MBO, ensuring employees and managers are equipped with the tools to establish impactful goals.
β’ Provide HR guidance to leaders throughout the performance review process.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
β’ Over 8 years of progressive HR experience.
β’ Extensive experience leading annual merit cycles, MBO-based bonus calculations, and performance management/goal-setting processes.
β’ Strong background in compensation analysis is required.
β’ Excellent project management capabilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent, detail-oriented work streams under tight deadlines.
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, nested formulas); experience with large datasets is essential.
β’ Experience in collaborating with Finance and senior executives.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
