This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg, +3 more countries.

• Oversee daily HR functions, which encompass onboarding, offboarding, employee management, and HR assistance.

• Collaborate with local fiduciaries and Finance to coordinate monthly payroll, including payroll input and payslip evaluation.

• Manage recruitment processes as needed, including crafting job descriptions, postings, liaising with agencies, and enhancing candidate experience.

• Ensure alignment with Kolo's employer branding and recruitment principles.

• Take ownership of the maintenance and precise application of HR systems and employee information.

• Generate HR reports, which include financial data and GRESB-related statistics.

• Lead the HR aspects of ISO 27001 compliance, focusing on documentation, evidence collection, and audit preparation.

• Assist managers with employee relations, performance challenges, and disciplinary actions.

• Engage external legal advisors when necessary.

• Serve as a reliable HR partner for managers and employees, addressing issues directly or enlisting relevant external collaborators.

• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the role of HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist.

• A Master's degree in HR, employment law, or a related discipline.

• Experience in a multinational setting, particularly within start-up, scale-up, or similarly agile organizations.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR operations, payroll management, and employee relations.

• Strong judgment skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues discreetly.

• Proficient in working with HR systems and data.

• Fluent proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with Luxembourg, Dutch, Danish, or Swedish employment law is advantageous.
