πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist in achieving Q4 objectives (eight-figure revenue in 12 weeks) β€” the crucial quarter that defines the year.

β€’ Maintain a daily deep involvement in the account β€” quickly diagnose issues, remove obstacles for the team, and identify growth opportunities that were overlooked in the planning cycle.

β€’ Spearhead specific strategic initiatives as they arise β€” for instance, coordinating the TikTok Shop product launch with Amazon.

β€’ Serve as the senior representative in cross-functional discussions during transitional periods β€” exercise confident judgment on paid advertising, merchandising, operations, pricing trade-offs, and account resolutions.

β€’ Ensure the function remains proactive, especially during critical turning points (such as October Prime Day and Turkey 12), so the team can make timely decisions.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 6 years managing or overseeing a significant Amazon US P&L (at the Director or Senior Manager level) with a high-growth brand.

β€’ Experience in a corporate or private equity-backed environment β€” you comprehend the essential trade-offs between speed and process, growth and profitability, as well as brand and performance.

β€’ Proven experience operating within the account rather than merely managing it β€” proficient in Seller Central, advertising SaaS, Brand Analytics, etc.

β€’ Strong commercial acumen under pressure β€” you have previously managed a Q4 performance target.

β€’ Clear and concise communication suitable for executive audiences β€” you provide succinct Slack updates and avoid burying requests.

β€’ The ability to quickly integrate into a new environment and operate efficiently.

β€’ Bonus Points:

β€’ Experience in personal care, beauty, or CPG sectors.

β€’ Familiarity with launching complementary channels (such as TikTok Shop, Walmart 1P & 3P, etc.).

β€’ Depth in paid media β€” capable of collaborating with a PPC operator without the need for micromanagement.

β€’ Experience navigating a leadership transition (such as parental leave, acquisition, or restructuring).
