This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define, construct, and spearhead the strategy for people, talent, and culture that aligns with the organization’s business objectives and the senior leadership team.
• Guide the company’s ongoing growth, transformation, and targeted impact.
• Collaborate with the CEO, C-Suite executives, HR personnel, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive proactive, transformative, and business-oriented HR strategic initiatives.
• Develop a comprehensive talent capability to support business growth and outcomes in international markets.
• Lead HR professionals, ensuring they have access to coaching, training, and development opportunities.
• Manage onboarding, off-boarding, employee transitions, background checks, orientation, recruitment, employee communications, and compliance.
• Evaluate talent requirements, leadership gaps, and bench strength; implement a leadership development strategy.
• Spearhead recruiting strategies and the hiring of technology and data professionals.
• Enhance career and development prospects through multi-tiered career programs, stretch assignments, lateral movements, and project-based roles.
• Strengthen the employer brand.
• Support acquisition, affiliation, and integration processes; ensure seamless integration of systems, processes, and personnel, retaining top talent.
• Employ problem-solving and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
• Address employee relations and manage performance effectively.
• Foster internal and external partnerships, collaboration, feedback mechanisms, and organizational communication.
• Oversee total rewards initiatives, encompassing compensation, executive compensation, equity, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, compliance, and cost management.
• Promote the attraction, development, and retention of a diverse workforce.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Over 10 years of progressive or strategic HR leadership experience.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in scaling a growing organization.
• At least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Demonstrated expertise across the entire HR function.
• Experience in developing and nurturing a comprehensive talent management strategy.
• Knowledge and experience with change management methodologies and organizational/transformational change projects.
• Extensive experience in engaging and facilitating with senior executives.
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport quickly, acting as a confidant to business leaders.
• Strong commitment to integrity and ethical practices.
• An MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is preferred; SHRM-SCP or SPHR credentials are a plus.
• Experience with global and/or multinational organizations is advantageous.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and proactively anticipate needs.
• Excellent judgment and critical thinking abilities.
• Capability to handle confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
