This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee the New Membership Transition initiative and related cross-functional efforts.
• Act as the primary liaison, ensuring project progress, shared visibility, alignment, and thorough documentation.
• Assist project teams with task progression, tracking advancements, making decisions, and eliminating obstacles.
• Conduct regular meetings with the project team and manage ClickUp for tracking progress.
• Continuously refine the backlog and set priorities.
• Ensure alignment with Sponsors, Product Owner, and Project Lead.
• Document decisions and directives for cross-functional visibility.
• Maintain the project roadmap while identifying, flagging, and mitigating delivery risks.
• Organize information and agendas, assemble task teams, and facilitate meetings and activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts and external contributions to achieve project milestones.
• Provide reminders and follow-ups related to the project.
• Manage scope creep and facilitate requests for scope changes.
• Participate in meetings with the Project Management Office and departmental/organizational gatherings.
• Meet weekly with PMO leadership to provide project updates and escalate any concerns or challenges.
• Intermediate-level experience in project management.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge and experience in industry reporting, membership engagement, and partnership landscapes.
• Positive demeanor with a problem-solving and agile mindset.
• Ability to comprehend the needs of internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in backlog refinement and hosting agile ceremonies.
• Experience in sharing updates with teams and leadership.
• Skilled in documenting and mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Ability to track key decisions and create timelines.
• Experience in supporting scope and resource management.
• Proficient in using project management tools for project execution.
• Capability to work with individuals who have limited project management knowledge.
• Experience with ClickUp is preferred.
• Background in non-profit organizations is preferred.
• Experience with membership organizations is advantageous.
• Preference for candidates in the European time zone, with flexibility to integrate some working hours with the US time zone as needed.
• Lean management approach.
• PMP, PRINCE, Scrum Master, Kanban Practitioner, or other project management certifications are preferred.
• Availability to start from mid-September 2026.
• Option for remote work.
• Full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
