Interface Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Construct, configure, and provide support for Epic Bridges interfaces spanning clinical and business areas (ADT, orders, results, scheduling, billing, etc.)

• Create and uphold components of the interface engine (Rhapsody, Corepoint, Cloverleaf, Ensemble/Health Connect, etc.)

• Oversee interface queues, rectify errors, and guarantee a dependable message flow between systems

• Conduct HL7 v2 mapping, troubleshooting, and validation throughout interface development and ongoing support

• Collaborate with the client’s interface engine vendor during the cloud migration, offering expertise and testing support from both the Epic and engine perspectives

• Engage in integration testing, cutover planning, and stabilization following go-live

• Keep documentation, mapping tables, and change control artifacts up to date

• Work together with Epic TCs, vendor PMs, and internal stakeholders to address both new and existing interface requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Bridges Certification — Mandatory for roles focused on Bridges

• 3–10+ years of experience in building/supporting Epic Bridges

• Extensive HL7 v2 knowledge across key message types (ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU)

• Experience in supporting interface migrations or large-scale interoperability initiatives

• Familiarity with cloud-based interface engines (Rhapsody, Corepoint, Cloverleaf, Ensemble/Health Connect) is advantageous

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, emphasizing reliability and data accuracy

• Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills with stakeholders
