Interaction Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Transform intricate challenges into seamless experiences.

• Analyze usage patterns and enhance the user interface and navigation across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.

• Oversee and manage a comprehensive design system.

• Execute testing of sample applications to evaluate user experience and design clarity.

• Develop sketches, wireframes, specifications, prototypes, scenarios, and storyboards.

• Design surveys for quantitative research to collect and refine feedback.

• Engage in qualitative research, observational studies, usability testing, and customer insights, both remotely and on-site.

• Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure that UX research shapes the design process.

• Champion the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Keep updated with the latest design methodologies, practices, and trends.

• Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design strategies/rationales.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in interaction design.

• A robust design portfolio.

• Proven understanding of usability principles.

• Capability to produce clear, simple, and concise microcopy.

• Strong visual design abilities.

• Familiarity with leading design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Proficient in interface design, prototyping, interaction design, wireframing, and sketching tools.

• Experience with rapid design platforms including v0, Vercel, Bolt, Lovable, and Replit.

• Solid grasp of web and mobile technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

• Innovative thinker with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• A degree in design or a related field.

• Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) certification is advantageous.
