Customer Intelligence Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Establish trust-based relationships with clients, Sales, Research, and Operations.

• Assist in transforming broad business requirements into specific, measurable research inquiries.

• Design, implement, and present comprehensive research analyses.

• Concentrate analyses mainly on test-versus-control methodology to assess campaign effectiveness.

• Aid clients in crafting and executing studies utilizing product expertise.

• Advise clients on findings and provide insights along with actionable solutions.

• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on test configurations, data integrity, and presentation materials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore issues, pinpoint root causes, and resolve them.

• Keep precise records of study timelines, milestones, and presentation schedules.

• Ensure internal and external stakeholders are kept informed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in analytics and/or media or marketing planning.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to quickly understand new concepts and convey them clearly.

• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.

• Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions for unique challenges.

• Self-driven, inquisitive learner.

• Strong project management and time management capabilities.

• Ability to work efficiently, adapt, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Technical proficiency in Office/Google Suite software solutions.

• Knowledge of the media and advertising industry is a significant advantage.

• Previous experience in digital media buying/planning and marketing analytics is a substantial advantage.

• Familiarity with syndicated data sets (Nielsen IQ and/or IRI) is a notable advantage.
