Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Foster exceptional customer satisfaction by taking ownership of multiple customer relationships.

• Efficiently assess and escalate important insights from Falcon Intelligence Recon to the appropriate customers.

• Guide clients through the findings of Falcon Intelligence Recon while providing subject matter expertise.

• Act as a cyber intelligence analytic link between CrowdStrike's Falcon Intelligence Recon clientele and the broader CrowdStrike intelligence team.

• Collaborate with various customers to oversee their Falcon Intel Recon module.

• Convey customer feedback, feature requests, and overall satisfaction to the Intelligence and Engineering teams.

• Travel requirements are minimal to light, with a maximum of 25% travel expected.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence, encompassing all-source threat intelligence analysis or intelligence collections, and a comprehensive understanding of the intelligence lifecycle.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology, essential concepts, and analytical methods.

• Basic understanding of the dark and deep web ecosystems, including relevant actors, forums, and leak sites.

• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a readiness to assist and resolve issues for customers.

• Proven track record of leveraging AI technologies to enhance decision-making, optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and achieve business results.

• Capable of working independently and with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in presenting and explaining technology to individuals with less technical expertise.

• Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress startup environment and be able to develop customer solutions with limited resources.

• Understanding of data communication concepts and technologies, particularly regarding email, networking, and enterprise security.

• Ability to utilize AI tools and familiarity with application programming interfaces (API) as a method for delivering indicators and intelligence.

• An inquisitive mindset about how AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents can enhance dark web analysis, intelligence analysis, and customer outcomes.
