Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist cyber threat clients and enhance customer success and renewal rates.

• Oversee multiple customers' Falcon Intel Recon modules.

• Act as a cyber intelligence analytical liaison between Falcon Intelligence Recon clients and the broader CrowdStrike intelligence team.

• Foster high levels of customer satisfaction and manage various customer relationships.

• Evaluate and escalate significant findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to clients.

• Guide clients through Falcon Intelligence Recon insights and offer subject matter expertise.

• Relay customer feedback, feature requests, and satisfaction metrics to the Intelligence and Engineering teams.

• Enhance product usage and customer outcomes through effective engagement in cyber threat intelligence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence, all-source threat intelligence analysis, or intelligence collection, along with comprehensive knowledge of the intelligence lifecycle.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Understanding of cyber threat intelligence terminology, key concepts, and analysis.

• Basic knowledge of dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors, forums, and leak sites.

• Flexibility and eagerness to learn new technologies.

• Customer service mindset with a readiness to assist and solve problems for clients.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficiency in presenting and explaining technology to individuals with less technical expertise.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, optimize workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and achieve business objectives.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment and develop customer solutions with limited resources.

• Understanding of data communication concepts and technologies, particularly email, networking, and enterprise security.

• Experience using AI tools and familiarity with APIs for delivering indicators and intelligence.

• Interest in how AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents can improve dark web analysis, intelligence analysis, and client outcomes.

• Occasional to light travel (25%).
