This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Evaluate technical information, such as IP addresses and usage logs, to detect potential software misuse.
• Perform extensive online research to authenticate corporate entities and gather accurate contact details.
• Keep well-organized and current case documentation within our CRM system.
• Summarize findings into concise, well-organized reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior investigators and the Team Lead to advance complex cases.
• Acquire and implement new investigative tools to enhance the team's efficiency.
• 1-3 years of experience in research, data entry, customer support, or administrative roles.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
• A demonstrated interest in OSINT or digital investigations.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and dependable in a fully remote environment.
• Bonus points for experience with SQL, advanced CRM tools, or specialized online research software.
• Background in software compliance, KYC/KYB, or Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD).
