Integrations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain connections between internal applications and external platforms.

• Develop modular integration frameworks that ensure consistent usage across various products.

• Collaborate with product and AI engineers to architect integration solutions that align with business objectives.

• Create reusable SDKs and microservices for common integration patterns.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for stable and scalable integration workflows.

• Monitor and resolve integration issues to guarantee uptime and optimal performance.

• Automate workflows to minimize manual data processing across different systems.

• Address security, authentication, and data consistency across applications.

• Identify opportunities to enhance integration speed, reliability, and maintainability.

• Deliver products from initial concept to live status with minimal oversight.

• Integrate AI functionalities that enhance user value and impact critical KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Integrations Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full Stack Engineer with a focus on API-based systems.

• Proficiency in the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.

• Familiarity with REST, GraphQL, webhooks, OAuth, and general API communication protocols.

• Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Strong capability to quickly understand, interpret, and implement third-party API documentation.

• Experience integrating B2B SaaS tools such as Meta, ServiceNow, Clio, HubSpot, or healthcare-related APIs.

• Understanding of asynchronous data flows, error handling, and message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.

• Proficient in using Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in building or integrating large-scale web platforms and familiarity with modern web technologies.

• Knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.

• Familiarity with Cursor AI or rapid development tools.

• Python experience is preferred but not essential.
