Enterprise Solution Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and address customer business challenges through focused discovery sessions or workshops.

• Collaborate with business users to define, develop, and demonstrate solution prototypes.

• Create and deliver tailored demonstrations for clients, trade shows, and webinars.

• Effectively communicate and illustrate the business value of the Sigma platform to all levels of the organization.

• Provide product, technical, and security responses for RFPs/RFIs.

• Engage in product, sales, and relevant technology certifications.

• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth as a cooperative team member.

• Offer guidance on integration and data migration strategies for enterprise sales processes.

• Oversee multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

• Meet quarterly and annual performance goals set by management.

• Become a Sigma advocate and product authority for prospects and clients.

• Work in partnership with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence.

• Strong interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships.

• Deep understanding of database principles.

• Experience with cloud data warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.

• Familiarity with ETL tools like Fivetran, Matillion, or traditional ETL processes.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and capability to multitask in a dynamic startup environment.

• Proven experience in implementing production business intelligence solutions or proofs of concept.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent technical and business experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Background in a SaaS company or with cloud architecture.

• Understanding of data analytics use cases in business.

• Previous experience in a startup setting.
