This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions with clients to gain insight into their business operations, ERP systems, and the current data flow across their platforms.
• Convert that knowledge into a practical integration plan within the Higharc platform.
• Manage the customer relationship throughout the entire integration adoption process, which includes regular meetings and updates.
• Examine customer data directly, identifying mismatches, gaps, or structural issues before they escalate into problems.
• Clearly document your processes to ensure they are repeatable and can stand independently.
• Test the data flow from start to finish and verify accuracy before delivering it to the customer.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to influence the future capabilities of our integration tools.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Higharc's integration offerings to lead discussions autonomously.
• A strong grasp of homebuilder data structures and ERP systems.
• Proficient data analytics skills — you can analyze a dataset and identify issues.
• Solid project management instincts to keep a multi-step integration process on schedule.
• Exceptional documentation practices — you write clearly enough that others can follow your work without your presence.
• A multitasker's capability to handle multiple customer integrations at various stages simultaneously.
• True comfort with ambiguity — you can anticipate where issues may arise before all details are available.
