Integration Support Engineer – Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver operational assistance for integration solutions utilizing Azure.

• Oversee, diagnose, and address incidents related to integration services.

• Maintain and support Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hub, and APIM components.

• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines within Azure DevOps.

• Administer and uphold infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.

• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative strategies.

• Collaborate with engineering teams on deployments, upgrades, and enhancements to the platform.

• Contribute to operational excellence, system reliability, and ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Event Hub, and API Management (APIM).

• Robust comprehension of enterprise integration patterns and messaging architectures.

• Proven experience in constructing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with Terraform and best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and providing operational support in cloud environments.

• Capability to analyze integration challenges and drive them to resolution.

• Experience in distributed, enterprise-level environments.

• Proficient in using AI tools within daily workflows.

• Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of event-driven and microservices architectures.

• Possession of Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-400 or equivalents).

• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
