Integration Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions based on HL7 standards.

• Support intricate integration projects that emphasize data exchange and interoperability.

• Set up and deploy HL7 v2 interfaces.

• Execute HL7 message parsing, validation, and transformation under supervision.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to interfaces.

• Assist in the design and architecture of integration solutions.

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide technical assistance.

• Aid in the testing of interfaces, including unit tests.

• Document integration processes and assist in resolving support tickets.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives and support the development of peers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience with HL7 v2 and healthcare data integration.

• Practical experience with Mirth Connect.

• In-depth knowledge of HL7 message formats (such as ADT, ORM, ORU, etc.).

• Familiarity with SQL for data transformation tasks.

• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and fundamental data security principles.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to manage projects and work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
